  • Custom Training Zones — Define your own zone names and boundaries per athlete. Full control over how zones display across the app.
  • Referral Program — Invite coaches through the new Coach Circle. Referrals earn Stripe-powered discounts automatically.
  • More Activity Types — Hiking, skiing, and other activities are now supported alongside swim, bike, and run.
  • Move Workouts from Summary — Relocate workouts directly from the summary dialog — no need to go back to the calendar.
  • Athlete Activity Editing — Athletes can now edit their own activity names.
  • Macrocycle Chart — Visualize your training plan with a month breakdown band and race trophy icons.
  • Group Assignments — Select athlete groups when assigning training plans — faster bulk setup.
  • Flexible Date Range Picker — New presets and custom range selection on the performance page.
  • Smart Max HR — Max heart rate auto-estimated from athlete age during onboarding.
  • Batched Race Notifications — Coaches receive upcoming race alerts grouped together instead of one by one.

Improved

  • Records Editing — Edit records per sport with contextual feedback on changes.
  • Lap Time Precision — Sub-second precision on activity lap times.
  • Swimming Equipment — Multiple equipment selections per swimming step.
  • Zone Display — Zone names now show in the workout builder intensity display.
  • Tracker Backfill — Backfill windows increased across all integrations. Strava backfill is now capped, resumable, and paginated for reliability.
  • Coach Notifications — Throttled to prevent duplicate alerts when multiple events fire.
  • Auto Zone Resync — Tracker workouts automatically resync when an athlete’s training zones change.
  • Athlete Profiles — Gender field is now optional. Triathlon added to default sports for new profiles.
  • Navigation — Settings moved to a standalone icon in the top nav. Improved mobile layout on settings pages.
  • 404 Page — Redesigned with branded layout instead of a generic error screen.

Fixed

  • Stress Calculation — TRIMP stress normalized to a 5-zone reference model for more accurate training load.
  • Push Notifications — Apple push notifications fixed — resolved VAPID subject format issue.
  • Activity Deduplication — Cross-source deduplication window widened to catch more duplicates.
  • Zone Charts — Rendering issues resolved when zone counts don’t match between athlete and workout.
  • Tracker Sync — Fixed race condition causing duplicate records during concurrent syncs.
  • Workout Matching — Matched activity now correctly clears from scheduled workouts when the activity is deleted.
