Do I need a credit card to start my trial?
No credit card is required to start your free trial. You can explore EndoGusto’s full functionality before choosing a plan.
What happens after my trial ends?
At the end of your trial, you can upgrade to a paid plan without losing your data or athletes. If you don’t upgrade, your account remains paused until you choose to reactivate it.
Can I import my athletes from another platform?
Yes — our support team can help import your athletes and training data from other platforms or spreadsheets for you. We handle the process manually to ensure all your information is transferred safely and accurately for a smooth transition to EndoGusto.
How secure is my data in EndoGusto?
All data in EndoGusto is stored securely and complies with GDPR standards.
Can I manage multiple coaches or assistants under one account?

How do I create and assign training plans to athletes?
You can create custom plans in the Training Plan Library or from your athlete’s calendar and reuse and assign them to any athlete directly from the Training Plan Library.
How can I monitor athlete performance and progress?
Track key performance metrics through the Performance and Training Insights, where you’ll see training load, fatigue, and fitness trends etc.
Can I coach multiple athletes or groups simultaneously?
Yes — you can manage multiple athletes or groups efficiently from the Athlete Page.
How do I communicate with athletes?
Use the Commemts in a workout or the Notes on athlete Calendar. You can also do group Announcements.
Which devices and apps integrate with EndoGusto?
EndoGusto connects with Germin, Polar, Strava, Suunto, Coros and Wahoo with other integrations coming soon.
Can I copy workouts between athletes?
Yes — you can copy workouts between athletes using the Dual Calendar view. Simply drag and drop workouts to duplicate them and save time when scheduling.
How can I manage my coaching business and payments in EndoGusto?
You can assign payment plans and manage your payments in the Payments section.
Where can I find tutorials or guides on using new features?
How do I add a new athlete to my coaching dashboard?
From the Dashboard, click Add Athlete, and fill in their name and email and they will be automatically added to your athlete’s list.
How do I remove or deactivate an athlete from my team?
In the Athlete page, select the athlete and choose delete athlete.
How can I copy an existing training plan to another athlete?
Open the Training Library, select the plan, and choose Assign to.
How do I use and organize library assets in EndoGusto?
You can manage workouts and Training plans, at the Library section.
How do I track plan completion or adherence?
Check athlete progress on your Athlete’s calendar, where you’ll see completed, missed, unplanned or scheduled workouts.
For Athletes
How do I access EndoGusto as an athlete?
Onec your coach adds you to EndoGusto, you will receive an invitation email to join. Follow the link to set your password and access your training calendar.
How do I install the EndoGusto app?
Download the EndoGusto app from your browser on your mobile devices and desktop.
How do I connect my Garmin?
Go to Activity Trackers in your account and select Connect your Garmin. Log in to your Garmin account to complete the connection.
How do I connect my Strava?
Go to Activity Trackers in your account and select Connect your Strava. Log in to your Strava account to complete the connection.
How do I connect my Polar?
Go to Activity Trackers in your account and select Connect your Polar. Log in to your Polar account to complete the connection
How do I connect my Suunto?
Go to Activity Trackers in your account and select Connect your Suunto. Log in to your Suunto account to complete the connection
How do I connect my Coros?
Go to Activity Trackers in your account and select Connect your Coros. Log in to your Coros account to complete the connection

How do I view my training calendar and workouts?
Access your Calendar from the log in page to see all planned and completed sessions. Select the workout you want and click View workout for more details.
How do I mark a workout as completed?
Open your workout in the app and tap Mark as Done after finishing.
How do I view my coach’s feedback?
Feedback from your coach appears in the Comments section of each workout. You can reply directly from there. You will receive a notification when your coach has left you a comment.
How can I message my coach?
You can send and receive messages using the Commemts in a workout or using a Note on your Calendar.
What should I do if my workouts don’t sync?
If your workouts don’t sync, try reconnecting your device under Activity Trackers. To have your assigned workouts upload to your watch, be sure to select Upload assigned workouts to my actirvity tracket when it’s available.
Can I change or update my profile information?
Go to Athlete profile on your Calendar bar to update your personal details.

How do I log in to my EndoGusto coach account?
Go to app.endogusto.com and log in with your registered email and password. If you can’t access your account, try Forget password or send a message to our support team for assistance.
How do I reset my password?
Click Forgot Password on the login page and follow the link sent to your email.
How can I change my email or account details?
If you need to update your email address, please contact our support team through the Help Center — this change must be done by our team for security reasons.
You can edit other details, like your profile or business name, from your Settings page.
How do I update my billing information?
You can update your payment method at the Upgrade page → Manage subscription.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes — you can switch plans anytime from the Upgrade page.
Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your plan at the Upgrade page → Manage subscription.
How can I delete my account?
If you wish to delete your account, please send us a support ticket through the Help Center.
Is my data secure and GDPR-compliant?

What is the RPE scale in training?
The Rate of Perceived Exertion (RPE) scale measures how hard an athlete feels they’re working.
How do I set performance goals for my athletes?
Start by evaluating your athlete’s current fitness level then define outcome and process goals based on that starting point.
What is periodization in endurance coaching?
Periodization is the systematic planning of training to optimize performance and recovery.
How do I analyze training load in EndoGusto?
EndoGusto calculates Training Load using each workout’s heart rate and duration, based on the Edwards TRIMP model — a proven method for quantifying training stress.
You can view your athletes’ Training Load in the Performance page, where trends in fitness, form, fatigue, and recovery are visualized over time.

Female athletes experience cyclical fluctuations affecting energy, strength, and recovery. It is recommended that adjustments be made to the training process depending on the phase of the menstrual cycle and the individual response to these cyclical changes.
