What happens when you bring elite scientists, top coaches, tech development, and real passion under the same roof? We saw it firsthand at the Endurance Academy.

The Endurance Academy (supported by AMG SA) is a new initiative designed to support the worldwide endurance community with the knowledge, tools, and resources needed to achieve peak performance.

Conferences like the Endurance Academy matter because they give coaches rare, hands-on access to the very best thinking, methods, and technologies in endurance sport. From coaching tech and a hands-on super-shoe session to deep-dive sessions on altitude training, biomechanics, motivation, and nutrition, the Academy equips coaches with practical, evidence-based tools they can immediately apply—and helps redefine what excellence looks like in endurance performance.

EndoGusto’s Role as an Experience Partner

We came as an Experience Partner to listen, not to sell. Coaches shaped our to-do list: faster week edits, cleaner session notes, and a better way to track fatigue and fueling windows. To keep learning together, every attendee left with six months on the platform—real training, real feedback, no strings. Alongside Xtep, who outfitted participants with a pair of super-shoe to take home and test, we tried to be useful: bring the tools we’re building, take notes, and go home with homework.

Building Genuine Connections

What impressed us most was the openness—coaches were willing to share real methods, not just headlines. It reinforced a simple truth: we’re stronger together, and with genuine engagement the endurance community helps its members do their best work.

We spoke with coaches across the spectrum: elite marathon minds, semi-pro tacticians, and community leaders who pour their energy into everyday athletes. The talks were valuable, but the magic happened in the hallway—ad-hoc conversations that were honest, specific, and far deeper than any discovery call. Those exchanges sparked concrete ideas, practical insights, and feature directions we wouldn’t have uncovered anywhere else.

Carrying the Momentum Forward

We left the Academy inspired, grateful, and more committed than ever to supporting the coaches who drive endurance sport. We look forward to continuing this collaboration and building tools that truly serve the community.
