How do I get started?
It’s easy, just register at https://app.endogusto.com/register to get started. It’s a fully automated process, as soon as you have signed up your new EndoGusto site will be ready for you.
How does the free trial work?
Our 30-day trial is 100% free and does not require credit card information. You can set-up your subdomain, add athletes and start coaching with no obligations.
At the end of the free trial, you can upgrade to a plan that best suits the size of your coaching business.
How can I change my subscription plan?
You can either upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time by visiting My Plan page located in My Account. You can visit our knowledge base article for a detailed walkthrough. If you downgrade, you will need to remove the number of athletes you have that exceed the available slots of your new plan. We calculate our plans on a daily basis so you only pay for what you use.
What if I have over 200 athletes?
Please contact us at support@endogusto.com for special pricing.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
If you cancel your account, your account will remain active until the end of your billing period.
How often will I be charged?
Your subscription is billed on a monthly basis. If you change plans during the monthly billing cycle, you will be prorated accordingly.
Do I have to pay to add additional coaches to my account?
No, there are no additional fees to add additional coaches. All features are included in all of our plans.
Is there a mobile app?
We have a Progressive Web App that behaves as an app but you download it from your browser instead of an App Store.
Do my athletes have to pay for their account?
No, we do not charge your athletes to use your system. EndoGusto was designed to help endurance coaches manage their athletes and business. You can, however, use the EndoGusto platform to collect payments from your clients for your services using the Payments Integration Feature.
